Description
From the outside looking in, Kayla has everything a girl could desire. This book blows 50 Shades of Grey away! It actually has a plot! Well-written, I could relate to Kayla at almost every point in her story. There are twists and turns I didn’t expect but what I loved most about it was how refreshing it was to see how a group of African-American girls could grow together and love one another. As much as it’s a book about the drama men can bring into our lives, it’s also a fantastic representation of the bonds we share with our best friends. Love it and can’t wait for book 2.

Fashionably Deceptive was very hard to put down (I read it in 2 days). The lies, deceit, and drama are finessed by Tonia in a way that not many can rival. I can’t wait for book #2 because the drama is going to be off the chain!

The infidelity , disloyalty, family secrets, and racy sex scenes are sure to capture the reader from the beginning of this page turner right down till the very end. I was able to finish this read in a day and will be moving straight on to part II.
